If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I've been in a contract with a agent from this office who made promises that she did not keep! I am now stuck in another year lease because my agent failed to service me properly! I say this because I had no pre approval no plan no nothing! I was told to work on my credit and once I get to a 620 with all 3 bureaus than a pre-approval would be done. Long story short I found a realtor that could work with what I have now!
