The Massage Garage is an appointment only, private yet open to the public, healing massage and functional personal training facility. I offer multiple modalities of massage so I can best serve your massage needs. Deep tissue, acupressure, trigger point therapy and many more. Whether you have muscular pain, or need to relax, I can help. I also offer personal training with weights and cardio, Pilates equipment and mat, or would you like to have a boxing workout? I also can mix and match different modalities to give you a good workout. A very popular service that I provide is the combo. thirty minutes of training, followed by thirty minutes of massage.
