Both ladies at this ( Rachel, Michelle) finance business has always given great Courtesy , very respectful, and truly enjoy working with the public during these hard times of this Covid- 19 pandemic
They have always been there to help me. They have been very friendly and always went above and beyond to get everything finished and done for me. I can say they are some of the nicest and most respectful people to work with.
I understand they are doing their job. However, I do not even have a loan. I am simply a reference. They will not stop calling me. They have open communication with the person the call is about. However, they still call 2 to 3 times a week! They used to be a great company. That has changed. Different people are there. I don't know if policies have changed or what. I wish they would go back to how they were last year.
