I’m so happy I discovered this place! I recently moved to Daniel Island, and have been looking for support going from a sedentary lifestyle to an active one. I just had my initial consultation with Nick and feel so grateful I decided to invest in my health and overall body wellness. Looking forward to working with their team, and getting back to living an active lifestyle that allows me to move freely, and without pain. He’s the real deal—can’t wait to go back!

Nick and his crew are always helpful when I’ve gone in to have work done, and have lots of knowledge and techniques to get anybody back on their feet, pain free! After playing sports throughout the years, the aches have accumulated, but they always get me right for adult rec leagues and the daily thrill of chasing my toddler around.

Really fortunate to have The Stretch Effect here on Daniel Island. We reached out to Matt & Nick for preventative treatment with our son who was entering his senior football season at Bishop England. He was playing both center and linebacker positions, so tons of physical contact. He went weekly and the team worked with him in clinic and helped develop a pre-game routine to do on his own. We can honest say it contributed to an injury free season. Highly recommend them! Thank you guys! See you during wrestling season!!
