10/10 dentist experience! Shelby and Dr Kramer were both absolutely fantastic. My teeth have never felt better. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were really a joy.

I have enjoyed exemplary care, courtesy and service since Dr. Zechman opened her first practice at River Landing Dentistry. I may be patient 30. Every dentist, technician and reception professional that she has added since has delivered the same care with a warm, calming vibe. Today's experience with Tech Jan and Dr. Jantz was all that today, too. I highly recommend.

My experience with my Dentist personally was ok, however I am not satisfied with the overall experience. River Land Dental is a preferred provider for my Dental and Dental plus insurance.Actually, what happen is no disclosure. A ceramic filling was put in my mouth without my consent, my insurance looks at ceramic fillings as cosmetic, and only pays for the old school silver fillings. You need to give me the option whether I want to pay the difference or not. NO one advised me that I was having an upgraded filling.The front office took it upon themselves without consulting me or my wife and attached our accounts together.Word of advice you need to consult your paying customers...read full review
