Absolutely terrible communication. Doesn't answer portal for multiple days. Says they're going to do complete tasks to help you and then never send the orders, prescriptions, etc. This just happens to be one I go to, but that's just how all of the Palmetto Primary Care practices are.
I’ve been a patient here for years. Martha Fletcher was my first physician and when she left Dr Vandergrift and Christian Austin is who I saw until she passed away. I really miss her she was awesome. Since these NP and Physicians left this location has changed and not for the good. Some days they’re ok but most they’re just so so. On today I had an appt and commuted from Ladson to the location. I was a few minutes late (but was there before the 15 minutes grace period). Due to a wreck on 526. I got there stood in line for 15 mins. The reviews below are unfortunately very true please avoid this office at all cost. I have been a patient within palmetto primary care since around 2014. For one if you need to keep seeing the same provider do not go to this office. Turnover is non stop over the last year and I see exactly why. Their communication is horrible and disorganized from the front desk operator to the cma to the doctor to the pharmacy. The goal for them is to do as little as possible and get you out of their way. I have walked out of the office and have heard one of the front desk girls on a personal call loudly so I can see where their mind set is.
