I had the privilege of visiting Dr. Troy at his chiropractic practice, and I can't express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional care I received. I am so happy I found Method! Excellent chiropractor (Tony) who really listens and does not rush you. I have been to various chiropractors over the years and he is gentle but effective. I love the massage therapist - he is one of the best deep tissue therapists I have ever had a session with! And the the staff is so nice, plus they use a back massager on your back for a few minutes and it feels amazing! And/or you can get on the rolling bed for a few minutes as well. I seriously would check them out! Easy parking too!

Went there for dry needling to relieve some knots in my lower back that were giving me problems. The whole experience was very pleasant and the dry needling really helped. I highly recommend this practice.
