I honestly love Strong Hold. The environment is motivating but still welcoming, and it never feels uncomfortable or intimidating. The gym stays clean, the equipment is in great condition, and there’s a solid variety for both strength training and cardio. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care about keeping the place running smoothly. Every time I come in, I can focus, get a great workout, and leave feeling better than when I walked in. If you want a gym with great energy, clean space, and a serious training vibe, I definitely recommend Strong Hold

Owner is very accepting and accommodating for all her members! Hours are flexible and gym is very clean. I enjoy my quick stops in there for 1-2 hours. They have every machine, including free weights, that you would need and everything is great quality.

The equipment is well taken care of and there is lots of space due to COVID restrictions. However, this will change un the future. For now, go in and enjoy your workout!
