Owner is very accepting and accommodating for all her members! Hours are flexible and gym is very clean. I enjoy my quick stops in there for 1-2 hours. They have every machine, including free weights, that you would need and everything is great quality.

Hands down the best complete workout facility in Columbia. Equipment, strength training and cardiovascular, are well maintained.. They are both cleaned on a on going basis by both members and the Stronghold staff. If those aren’t your thing Stronghold offers a plethora of classes for all fitness levels. The gym itself is like a small community where most members greet each other with smiles and words of encouragement. No gimmick price games like every other facility in Columbia. I love the variety of classes offered -pilates Barre, Foundation, Bodyflow,Yoga. All classes accommodate your level of ability. Love it's of machines available also. Great gym and friendly place.
