I have recently been a resident of a home leased by Property Consultants of Columbia for 2 years. This was our 1st experience with a property management company, and we weren’t sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Every person at the company that we ever dealt with was amazing! They were quick to resolve the very few issues that arose, very prompt, and everyone who came to perform work were equally great! I wouldn’t hesitate to either lease a property from them, or let them lease my home. Thank you for everything PCC!
We started renting with PC on 12/01/2022. They were very professional and accommodating. Once we moved in if there were any maintenance issues they were addressed promptly. The move-out process was smooth and we received our full deposit back. Thank you to the whole team at PC Management. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.
