They stole our application money unbelievable they need our $200 to survive, this is a disgrace, been renting over 20 years never been stolen before we meet the criteria they single out the people so they can steal and buy themselves dinner

Reached out originally and didn’t receive a response. Try contacting them again and was told by Elise they don’t have the clientele for me. All she asked for was an address and discriminated based on that. Adding that their site shows they provide service in the area but apparently only to certain cliente as Elise stated. Highly do NOT recommend! Zero stars! Poor discriminatory practices.

I have recently been a resident of a home leased by Property Consultants of Columbia for 2 years. This was our 1st experience with a property management company, and we weren’t sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Every person at the company that we ever dealt with was amazing! They were quick to resolve the very few issues that arose, very prompt, and everyone who came to perform work were equally great! I wouldn’t hesitate to either lease a property from them, or let them lease my home. Thank you for everything PCC!

We started renting with PC on 12/01/2022. They were very professional and accommodating. Once we moved in if there were any maintenance issues they were addressed promptly. The move-out process was smooth and we received our full deposit back. Thank you to the whole team at PC Management. I highly recommend them for your rental needs. As I own several investment properties, I needed a company that provided an exceptional level of service on a consistent basis. The company has proven itself to always be responsive, and has provided professional leasing and management services. In addition, they have always sent qualified staff to handle any maintenance issues. My tenants have shared that their experience with this company has been head and shoulders above other property management companies.

The office staff and consultants are always helpful. They have taken care of a number of issues from tenants quickly and effectively. My deposits are on time. I have been with Property Consultants since 2003 and have quite pleased with the tenants they have picked for my property. I would recommend this property management company to anyone.

I have been with Property Consultants of Columbia since 2016. The staff are very friendly and responsible. They provide good tenants for us so that we don't need to worry not receiving rental fee. They handled tenant's complaints at a timely manner and notified us quickly. When tenants moved out, they inspected the house thoroughly and fixed all the items that needed to be attended. They might use the security deposit from the tenant if the damages were their responsibility fairly. Excess deposit would be returned to the tenants. We received our monthly statement and payment at the same time every month. I trust this property management company to take care of our property. Great job guys!
