Ricky the tech came in to install our ADT security system and he was the best. I recommend ADT service 100%. It was a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Great customer service experience, and thorough explanation of everything. Thank you ADT for having such wonderful techs like Ricky! Love the outcome of our new system, and if i could give a 100 stars I would for the service! ❤️
I had my install today done by Sean. He was absolutely AMAZING!! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I fully understand how to work the system. I will refer ADT to everyone because of Sean. He even added my door lock. Sean really DESERVES a raise.
