From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, customer service was amazing. Nicole was smiling when I walked in, she checked me in and asked if I would like water or anything while I waited. Her customer service is top tier. My wax specialist, Akayla is amazing as well. She made sure she educated me on my wax and made it as painless as possible. I love this place.

I have been going to Wax's by Claudia since 2008 in Charleston, South Carolina. It's the same high-level service and great pricing that I remember. And I love the quality of my wax. My aesthetician was extremely nice and we were able to laugh and joke while watching Netflix. So I really will never have anything bad to say because it's always great service no matter which location I go to.

I visited the Gervais street location this month on mothers day. My tech was absolutely phenomenal. Taniya did a great job. I noticed bruising/scarring this a.m. I called the location I visited simply to ask, what do i put on the areas of bruising and scarring. I don't know who the receptionist was that took the call however she does need training in customer service, listening to understand and not to respond, and to not talk over the customer when trying to explain the issue.
