I was going on a cruise and I needed to get a wax. I nearly forgot. My regular waxer lady was all booked up. I looked up Charleston Wax Girl. I went to a Yelp event here once and got $50 off a wax. Brittany did a great job then so I figured I'd give her another shot. I got there and was pleasantly surprised when I quickly found out that she remembered who I am. She asked me how I was doing, and when I answered, she made a comment that was related to what we talked about last time. She definitely remembered me. I mentioned that and she said she remembers everybody! She's been waxing for years too. She is new to Charleston, but she waxed in New Jersey for a while before moving here. Come check out her space. The outside has a cool mural that looks like a monopoly board but made with Charleston related things like the Arthur Ravenel Bridge and the Pineapple Fountain. You go thru a door on the ground level that leads to a set of stairs. The suite is on the second floor. It's a cute little room she rents out in the building. I like the way she waxes me. She is a pro! Both times she waxed me so far, I haven't gotten any ingrowns. I get them a lot, so that's a great achievement. I would definitely recommend hiring Brittany to do your next wax. You can book online. It's very easy and you even get reminder texts. Help this nice woman from New Jersey build up her business in Charleston. Come see her for your next wax.

Brittany's technique is a godsend for folks with sensitive skin! I've usually felt some type of pain from waxes but the type of wax she uses leaves me less inclined to get ingrowns plus a relief I don't have to suffer! Scheduling is super simple with the Vagaro website and her availability is bound to meet the most tricky of schedules. Love her clean studio and welcoming energy!

What a lovely experience! Not only was Brittany an absolute pleasure to get to know, but she also did a fantastic job on my brows! I appreciate that she comes from a background in the dermatology field. This gives her a HUGE advantage where instrument prep is concerned, not to mention a broad knowledge of our skin and various skin conditions. When I called to book my appointment, I was forced to leave a message, but the callback turnaround time was fewer than 30 minutes. I live in Mount Pleasant and was admittedly concerned about the drive; however, I was able to pop over in right around 25 minutes - on a WEEKDAY, no less! I highly recommend Brittany for all your waxing needs - she cannot be any more professional, and I have already begun recommending her.

Brittany did such a great job with my wax! I had eyebrows done and the shape was great. She also did a lip wax, which I had never done before. When I called to book my appointment she was so nice and sweet! She answered all of my questions and was able to get me in same week. The space is conveniently located in West Ashley. Super cute signs on the door and secluded space which leaves great time for chats together. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!

This was my first wax experience. I will definitely be back. Brittany was great. She made me feel relaxed, I was a little nervous. But it wasn't painful at all and you could tell she is very experienced and likes what she does. Highly recommend!

Brittany was awesome! She has been waxing for 15 years. She waxed mainly in New Jersey and transitioned to Charleston. She previously worked in a dermatology office which I appreciated bc she has been around osha regulations and medical exposures. The studio is a little tricky to get into. You need to check your email for a code to use to get through the locked door.I called because I didn't realize that initially and she came down to help me in. I got a Brazilian wax and tbh I was super nervous but she took it slow and checked on pain levels. She was super good. She's also very comfortable to be around and get waxed. Overall the space seemed clean and cute and I had a great experience
