Scott was very thorough in his inspection. He responded quickly to my questions. The software he uses gives you a very detailed description of things that could be corrected, including photos with arrows to the issue, if not obvious. You also can make a punch list from the report. He followed up to see what questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Scott is very professional, always responds quickly, understand my urgency when I have one... sends reports within a day! He talks with my clients when they call! I can't ask for better service. I highly recommend him!

Scott returned phone calls, met me when he was scheduled to be there, and was easy to talk to about concerns. He took good pictures of work that needed to be repaired for my buyer clients. I'd recommend Scott to anyone needing a home inspector who can explain how things should look and operate and how they really do look and operate in a particular setting.
