Rainbow Restoration is one of the most efficient and organized companies I have ever encountered. They returned telephone calls and arrived at our home very promptly after we experienced a leak. Every employee who came to our home was very knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this company in Chapin, South Carolina.Service: Flood restoration

Rainbow Restoration of Columbia is AMAZING! The YMCA had a water heater pipe burst at 1am and we discovered the facility flooded in 3 inches of water at 4:30am. I called numerous companies and everyone told me it would be a 24-48 hour wait time. Rainbow Restoration said they would do their best to help. I got a call 30 minutes later saying that they were on their way! They showed up with four trucks and a team of 10. The managers walked through the building with me and explained exactly what they planned to do. They were thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.
