After years of working with various builders and contractors in the Beaufort area, we were absolutely floored by Watermark’s exceptional work product, attention to detail and timeliness. We were very lucky to work with Marc over the course of our project. He was extremely hands on, meticulous and always left the workspace in immaculately clean condition. We now refer everyone we know to him and can’t recommend enough!

As our project is coming to its final stages in Habersham, I wanted to just express my appreciation to both Jeff and Mark. My wife and I have undertaken 4 prior homebuilding projects over the past 20 years here in the Low Country, without a doubt this final undertaking with WaterMark Coastal Homes by far exceeded everyone of those. We have been fortunate enough to have lived in some of the finest communities here(Belfair, Palmetto Bluff), but my wife's heart always belonged to Habersham and Beaufort.
