Up until I began going to Dr. Wallace’s dental practice 5+ years ago, I absolutely dreaded going to the dentist! I can honestly say that since I have been in her excellent care, I no longer mind going to dental appointments! As a matter of fact, I actually enjoy the experience. Dr. Wallace is very skilled, caring and has a beautiful chair-side (lol) manner! She is very selective in choosing her team and each one is remarkable!
I can assure you that you will be well taken care of at Palmetto Smiles! Dr. Wallace and her team are the best dental practice in Beaufort!

I live almost 2hrs away and chose to come to this team because of their professionalism and skills. I initially came to get my tongue tie released as an adult (my parents didn’t love me) and they told me after a thorough consultation that it would be a bad idea to do that. They explained that my jaw is currently like a parking spot that can fit a compact car and releasing my tongue tie would be like trying to park an F150 in it, which instantly made sense to me. So they’ve got me using a device to expand my jaw and I’m already seeing massive sleep improvement without the tongue tie release.
I love Palmetto Smiles. Everybody's so welcoming, attentive, and helpful from Dr. Wallace, Britany at the front desk, and Megan my hygienist....Megan is the absolute best!! And this from someone who HATES going to the dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
