It took forever to get my mom a helper, we ended up having a friend apply for the position and train with them to help my mom. Now we are having a terrible time with our helper getting paid. She was hired and told she was approved for 20 hours a week to help my mom, but a month later her paychecks were still wrong! When she called and went through the gauntlet of departments, they told her my mom was approved for only 10 hours a week and regardless what she worked they wouldn’t pay her for the other hours she worked!
