I've been going to Neelu's on and off for years. The girls who do the threading used to be professional and polite. Not the case anymore. The past few times I have visited, the staff was very rude (most recent visit; one who was NAPPING at the desk, and one who refused to speak to me while threading my brows). Won't be returning.
This place is so great and they are very nice and always do a great job.i like & love it. I get my eyebrows done here 1st time I leave feeling extremely happy with the results. My eyebrows are nice shaped and good cleaned up perfectly...
I have been going here for a while. I tried many places prior and all would make my eyebrows too thin regardless of what I asked. I no longer have to worry whether or not I will need to pencil the inconsistencies in. I have the same service each time and am quite happy with the results. Definitely recommend as it is quick and convenient inside the mall.
