THIEVES! One star is generous. I’m complaining to the BBB. After a flood a couple years ago my insurance companies hired these jerks to remediate my property but they STOLE EVERYTHING OF VALUE and didn’t clean a thing then tagged/boxed/wrapped dirty items like broken dishes- trash like tampons that were obviously damaged… they stole my good carpets and returned my one crap one, stole My video game consoles, my keyboard (music) but gave me the case…it’s been a never ending nightmare. They took 2/3 of my insurance settlement claiming they’re validating the damages but were really only there to rob me. BEWARE!!!!

Truly a great company that manages to hold all the important aspects of a business now a days but still with that good old genuine customer service that just doesn't exist anymore. Give them your business dare you to and try proving me wrong. Thanks again CRDN

There should be a zero-star option. RUN far, far away from this horrible company. After a chimney worker's error caused chimney gunk to blow back into our whole house, we had to have every soft surface cleaned. This company lost things, ruined things, and gave us someone else's things. When we tried to get them to make it right, they first ghosted us, and then came after US with bogus mail-order legal documents. We had to consult with lawyers and it ended up not being worth the exorbitant legal costs to hold them accountable for their predatory actions (besides the fact that he discovered they owe a large bank hundreds of thousands of dollars, and you can't squeeze blood from a stone). We reported them to the Attorney General's office (after which they threatened us), and also to the BBB.

I strongly advise against doing any business with CRDN. Their customer service is abysmal, with the entire team, including Alexis, being extremely unhelpful. It took them over a month to return my belongings, and to make matters worse, they stole over $1000 worth of designer perfumes and clothes. When I attempted to report the issue, they ceased communication and stopped answering my calls. I urge any potential clients to steer clear and save themselves from wasting time and energy. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE!!

2 Star Rating is for HR. Staff on site seem nice, but their hiring process needs work. Things were great initially, but they just never followed up with me. I interviewed for a sales position and went to 3 lengthy interviews, on 3 separate occasions only to be ghosted. I sent multiple emails and phone calls asking for an update on the opportunity and never received a response. This isn't a nice way to treat potential employees. A simple rejection would have been nice.
