Winfield and Sons was wonderful to us during a very difficult time for our family. Nicole's compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made an overwhelming process feel much more manageable.
Nicole treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to ensure our loved one was honored beautifully and that our family felt supported every step of the way. The service was handled with dignity and respect, and we are truly grateful for the comfort they provided.
Nicole was very accommodating with my families wishes for my husband passing, we postponed wake for over 3 weeks as one of our family members was not in the country, also a Sunday afternoon wake, provided us with video , but mostly she was so compassionate comforting us in our time of need. The space provided was spacious and with our families pictures and flowers displayed how wonderful my husbands life was.
Nicole- I cannot thank you enough for handling my Dads funeral with the highest level of professionalism and kindness I have ever experienced. You made this process very easy for me and I truly appreciate that. You were very knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and compassionate.
