John James and his staff did an Excellent Job with my dad's services. He went above and beyond to solve a few unexpected problems that were outside of his control. Obviously dealing with a loved one's loss is not a pleasant experience, however it was made as painless and easy as possible.
We received excellent services from Kelsey at Boyle's. She was very kind, compassionate, and professional. Kelsey went "above and beyond", caring for our every need at a very difficult time.
Russel Boyle Funeral Home handled the services for our Mom. The kindness we received every step of the way, helped to make a difficult time easier for our family. After our mother’s long Illness, we were unsure as to how she would look. So much so, that her grandchildren were choosing to have a closed casket in hopes to remember Nana the way she used to look. Our mother looked beautiful. This set the tone for our whole experience. Because John took the time and truly cared about getting things just right, her grandchildren were able to see her and say goodbye. This is priceless and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
