I was getting ocular headaches for 4 days. I called the RI Eye Institute for an appointment. I’ve been a patient there for over 20 years but have not had my eyes checked since before the Covid lockdowns. After check in, my wait time was minimal. All the staff was professional and pleasant. I was seen by Dr. Mishley, who I thought was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend the RIEI.

My name is Diann. I have been seeing Dr. Lori Boivin for years! She is wonderful and truly listens to your heart about your eyes and your life. I love that she doesn’t rush into things, but allows you to take time to make decisions as she continually watches over your eyes. She gives you the options, and lets you think on your decision. So here is the thing my daughter went to RI eye Institute there is and inconveniences for us we also got our glass I'm the same place then after one appointment they stop taking my daughters insurance they is a real inconvenience for anyone so we transferred some where else altogether. My wife works for handicap adults in a group home in bristol and they stopped going to RI eye Institute for the same reason because of the inconvenience so getting and having to go to 2 different places is a big inconvenience I would take my daughter back if the told the eye glasses place they got to go and get a new Eyewear company that would take her insurance it's the... read full review
