There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Elizabeth is! With all she offers, a service that sticks out to me the most from my time with her was my past life reading. Elizabeth truly has a gift for connection and energy - everything she said to me in my reading resonated deeply with me and I felt that I was able to receive the message intended for me at that time. I'm an athlete and my recovery time is shorten thanks to Elizabeth's reflexology work. Would recommend for all different kinds of ailments. For the time you get you can't beat the price

Restorative Yoga class via zoom.What an amazing experience! (I almost fell asleep ,I was so relaxed) I took a class , with Elizabeth, when I was in RI and loved it so much I wanted more. I was excited to learn about her Zoom options for classes. I was able to participate from Maine! It was super user friendly, great audio and picture quality. Elizabeth’s classes are for EVERYONE because she offers lots of options and adaptations for those who have limitations. I will be Zooming in until I get back to RI! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!
