Benjamin Frink with Badger Realty was a life saver not just once, but twice. I went to Ben after seeing one realtor who was very unresponsive and just didn't understand what I/we were looking for. I know I didn't make it easy for Ben either. I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. I was with Badger Realty for 12 years. I had rental property in Pawtucket, not living there and commuting from Boston was a hardship I found Badger Realty and Jason Badger managed my properties during all that time providing all the services that I needed at a very reasonable price, bringing in new tenants resolving issues, collecting rents and putting up with complaints which was not part of the service, snow removal it really is "one call does it all" I can go on and on but I would not use anyone else , Jason is honest, dedicated to his clients and a real hard working person, most people say that the property management companies in RI are all the same I can... read full review
