Front door latch gave out. Called the Lock Shop. Quickly had a home visit. Easy diagnosis and repair kit ordered. Another lock fixed in same visit. A few days later the kit was in and the repair was finished. We were perfectly pleased with the prompt and pleasant service.

Haven't actually had any service done with them, but gentleman who answered the phone was kind enough to talk me through a problem with my lock. Sometimes Google doesn't have all the answers and it's just better to speak to an expert, like these people. Thank you so much!

I called for help with my car and although the Lock Shop couldn’t help me they helped find someone who could and was extremely cheap and the problem was solved same day. I’m immensely grateful for their help and will recommend the Lock Shop to everyone I know.
