Went to Polo Salon over 6 months ago I have been hesitant to submit a major complaint but saw Holly.When I went in I had long long gorgeous hair almost down to my waist. Holly couldn't get a knot out and cut off my hair below my ear without telling me first. Should of sued her..be careful in that salon.
This is a great hair salon in the area! I have been there twice so far, and Colleen has given me two great haircuts each visit. The staff is very nice and professional, appointments start right on time, and the salon is very clean.
Hidden behind the Polo cleaners and the French Le Bec Sucre bakery is a really nice hair salon worth trying. You feel welcomed from the first step inside and all the ladies are super friendly and helpful. My daughter got a beautiful haircut and a highlight from sweet Berta. Loved her so much, I made another appointment for myself as well.
