About Way of the Dragon
Way of the Dragon offers classes in Tai Chi, King Fu, and Qi Gong, taught by experienced instructors Master Wu and Ryan. Learned the 24 postures of Tai Chi over the course of a twelve week class. I really enjoyed the philosophy and physical movement. Looking forward to coming back for more classes!
My son has been taking kids king fu, and I’ve been doing both Qi Gong classes every week for 3 years now. We both love our classes and it’s incredibly positive part of our lives. Master Wu is a great person and great teacher. I have been dealing with severe chronic illness and his pacing in qi gong is masterful and has been generous about answering my questions and suggesting how to adjust the exercises to where i’m at. I have tried qi gong before at different places with other teachers and I always leave overstimulated and crashing. Never with Way of the Dragon! It’s been very very healing , and fun. Also my son loves his class too !
