I have not stepped a foot into this gym, but I was curious about a too good to be true deal they had going on. All those hidden fees are absolutely not worth it. Will update if legal matters have to take place
Edit: There must have been a misunderstanding in the way the advert was shown to me through a message and then the website. I’m sure I can settle this without becoming overwhelmed. What really grinds my gears is the fact that those hidden fees were still hidden, with a “14 day continuation fee” … of $70.00. Now that I do have a problem with.

The gym is quite large and spacious, but it is not trained to have so many people because there are more people than training equipment. The tools are always busy, so if you can see this comment, visit it if you like it, but do not sign up with a contract like me, who made that mistake and now I regret it.

I've tried to cancel my subscription several times. They asked me for a doctor's note, then I had to specify the period of time, then they told me I had to call ABC not in edge im Cranston and when I called ABC they told me you have to send an email. This has been going on forever, and they keep charging me, even though I haven't been to the gym in over four months. Terrible customer service. They give the information in pieces..

Stay away from here they try to make you sign up for personal training classes at a high price not worth it 30mins of time should be 10bucks max thats 20 an hour

Gym was appealing at first because of the protein bar and movie theater but music blasting over the speakers at 5 AM, (one particular) rude staff with no empathy for its members or care for club closing due to power outages, packed machines, multiple sauna breakdowns, and incorrect macros advice was not worth it. Went back to Planet Fitness, got macros right again and enjoyed rebuilding my health and early morning workouts from there.
