I booked my first session at the Massage Envy Cranston location a little over a year ago when I received a gift certificate for my birthday. I wasn't sure what to expect, and sort of had the bias that a massage from a franchise location in a chain wouldn't match the quality of the independent LMT I used to see until he had to give up his home studio. As I put it to a friend, "You don't go to a McDonald's when you're craving a burger." And BOY was I wrong.I booked at Cranston totally by coincidence, because of all the area clubs, they had an appointment I could make with a therapist who offered firm and deep pressure--I had some tension areas I didn't think would respond...read full review

Michelle is the absolute best!! Thanks to Michelle and her amazing, relaxing and hydrating facials, my skin has never looked better!!! She is so knowledgeable of all the services and products Massage Envy has to offer.

Derrick was amazing!!! He hit all the areas that needed work with the exact right pressure. I already booked with him again and am looking forward to it again.And Betsy at the front desk is so sweet and enjoyable to chat with.
