I have joined Fit2 core almost 4 weeks now, the trainers are very nice, helpful and very patient with me.
Abi and Lynn are the best, Abi also keeps in touch with me via text and she always motivates me.
I would recommend this gym to any of my friends!
I just joined Fit2the core. All the trainers have been very helpful and patient as I learn the routines. Lynn and Lisa are very helpful with their suggestions and patient if you have a limitation.
I had sworn off gyms for life over 20 years ago...the result of that decision spoke for itself. Then a friend and I joined the 2023 LBD Challenge. It was literally a lifesaver!! I can't say enough about the great women that train here and the owners and trainers themselves! Everyone was friendly and encouraging from Day 1. The classes and nutritional guidance is phenomenal. Besides the weight and inches I lost in the challenge, I've learned to cook and eat healthy! And the ultimate bonus? My cholesterol and blood sugar is now in normal range, no need for the meds my doctor was going to prescribe! How could I NOT become a member with results like that?!!... read full review
