Honestly, one of the best car-related experiences I've ever had. Insurance process was fast, super easy. (Even the tow guy that I used through AAA said they are legit), And I was always promptly responded to and updated. Most importantly, it was done quickly and done well, And within the exact amount of time specified. Thank you for making a very stressful situation a little easier to manage.
Recently i was involved in a hit and run that left my bumper with a good amount of damage. before this i had never been involved in a accident, so you could imagine that i had no clue where to begin. In this frustrating time i filed a claim and made my way to this amazing local auto-body shop, where i was welcomed with a warm smile and hospitality from their employee working at the front-desk. She guided me through this frustrating time so that i could get my car back on the road. They did an Amazing job on my Audi, everything was handled with ease and total professionalism from beginning to end. He gave me straight answers, guided me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The girl in the office was awesome too, they dealt with insurance company on my behalf and made everything so easy. I felt like I was working with relatives because they make you feel that comfortable.
