I had two different occasions with Center of New England Collision, Inc. Each time David took great care of me and my car. He was able to calm me down and he assured me that I had come to the right place to have my car fixed. I was also given a car to use while my car was being fixed. The outcome was great. I was happy with the way my car looked and in how it drove after the repairs. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
I have nothing but incredible things to say about Center of New England Collision. I thought my car might have been vandalized and he had spent time over his Holiday getting me down to the shop right away to help put my own mind at ease. It turned out to be a much smaller and different issue. As a first time customer they buffed up my car nice and didn't charge me, but instead wished me a Happy New Year. I will definitely be going back if and when I need to, because you just don't see customer service like that these days. Thank you to Center of New England Collision! Happy New Year to YOU!
Brought my car to David and his crew. Under the circumstances, it was a very pleasant experience. They are friendly, but professional. The work done on my vehicle was expertly done and looks brand new. Being new to the area, I had no idea who to bring my car to.
