Superb work from the entire Newsam team. They had to remove and replace a 150-year-old pipe as well as to completely redo the piping and bathroom at our place. Everything was done in time, and the whole team was present to listen to our requests. Very good coordination between the different work teams. Special thanks to Jean, Alicja, Jack and Miguel for their impressive work !!! Highly recommended.

Another project with Newsam Construction with great results. They completed a bathroom reno in such quick time, from design to delivery everything was terrific. Working with Paul, Peter, James and their crews were easy and so accommodating. Professional, collaborative and attention to detail - this renovation was seemless!

Fantastic Company and Crew! They did a great job with our Major extension on the roof. It was a complex project and they got it done to spec and on time, with the care you'd hope for with a contractor. Brian Newsam, James (Project manager) and Tsvetko (the Lead) had a great team working on the project. They were easy to talk to, took care of any issues you had and asked the right questions to help us make the right decisions throughout the project.I highly recommend Newsam for any major project for your home. They were transparent with the budget progress every week and provided alternatives to fit the budget.
