I had a fantastic experience at Ekinox Physiotherapy! I went in because of an ankle sprain along with a few other minor issues after recently returning to training at a much higher level than my body has been used to over the last few years.
Luc was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to assess everything properly, explain what was going on, and set me up with a clear rehab and strengthening plan tailored to my goals. I left the session feeling confident not only that I’ll recover well, but that I’ll come back even stronger and in better shape than before.
One thing I especially appreciate is their app, where you can access your personalized treatment plan and exercise program. It makes it so easy to stay on track and follow the plan correctly between sessions.
Highly recommend Ekinox Physiotherapy to anyone looking for professional, supportive, and effective care!

Just had a massage with Laura. Wow she was so attentive and actually worked on what I needed. I feel so much more relaxed after my massage. Everybody in the clinic was so nice and welcoming. Very friendly receptionists, super professional and accomodating! Also the owners are awesome too! Thank you for being an excellent clinic and for looking out for your patients! I can't wait to book again!

I came to Ekinox with BPPV and vestibular issues, and the team there (Hristo, Marie-Andree, and Andrea) really helped me through it. I’m extremely grateful for their expertise, their patience, and their kindness as they guided me through the treatment. I hope to never have to deal with it again, but if I do, I know that Ekinox has the best team to help me! Thank you as well to the receptionists, they were all incredibly kind and understanding!
