They refused to clean under the pretext that my building is old and my brick was already stained, telling me that I just had to be there more often during the site to tell them what I didn’t like. It seems to me that we shouldn't have to say that we shouldn't go overboard when we paint.
They told me the brick was already stained, but the wood was painted yellow before and I had all the before-and-after photos that showed otherwise.
Zero professional, he comes to work in socks with “croc” shoes and I doubt that the employees had the necessary cards to paint (seeing their age and the result). I had to threaten not to pay them and fight to get them to clean up their mess.
They had the nerve to offer to give me a quote, which I paid for them to paint the brick red!!! Amazing.
They finally cleaned up the worst, but my brick remains stained white. They had to repaint my black banisters, my address numbers and my light fixtures which were full of white, because it was impossible to clean them, but there are still stains. And by painting black, they stained the white.
