The battery on my old Dell laptop was at the end of its life and it had become very slow. So I made a list of my needs and preferences with a view to purchasing a new laptop. I met Pascal Côté at STR to confirm my intentions. He quickly understood my expectations and presented the ThinkPad. His professionalism and the service offered met all my expectations and I completed the purchase in a short time. He quickly took charge of the transition from Dell to Lenovo. No problems since and very happy with my new computer.

Excellent service, très professionnel, nous sommes allés pour prendre r/v pour régler un problème de son de microphone sur un nouveau moniteur, il nous a proposé de venir à domicile immédiatement, ça a été réglé en 1 heure après beaucoup de vérification, je recommande fortement cette entreprise, ça sera mon magasin pour tout ce qui est électronique à l'avenir ???
