Both the zippers on my boots broke, and I went to get them replaced. They were both broken and stuck in place. It was 30$, which I found reasonable, but when I returned to pick them up, the tabs on the zipper were replaced, but they were still very much stuck in place. With significant force and a lot of jostling, they could eventually descend, but it clearly wasn't fixed. The gentlemen at the shop said it would be an extra 3 days and 20$ to repair the zippers themselves, which I thought would've be done in the first place.. nevertheless, when I returned the second time, they were in perfect order.
