Staff was cool to let me know that there was an express pay in the middle of the store. It took me 5 min rather than waiting like 15-20min.

As a former relationship agent and former customer service agent, for almost 10 years, and for different retail companies, I have to admit that I have mixed feelings when it comes to Sephora. I have also come several times, in order to better establish my analysis and I am no further ahead.
As much as I liked this warm and very retroactive customer service, I did not have the impression that I was well supported according to my needs. The jovial and pleasant attitude of the employees contrasts with this lack of know-how. It's rare that I ask a salesperson for help, but I needed to find the right concealer head. I was served by a girl I think called Dalianne and she was super nice and helpful. She offered me a new concealer and I love it. I really had a great experience.
