Long zigzagging walk to arrive at the spa from Sacacomie hotel entrance, but you feel zen upon arrival. Staff is nice, and massage therapists are good.
Bathrobe is provided and you can exchange wet towels for dry ones at no cost. Lockers also available.
Great place to relax in nature with breathtaking view.
Unfortunately, when my husband and I went there was a dead frog in the filter of one of the hot tubs, a sauna was out of order, and the shower in the steam room also wasn't working.
We still enjoyed the fresh air, song of the birds, fire pit and other relaxation areas as well as the working installations. We stayed longer than anticipated.
Note, there are signs everywhere to encourage complete silence but its not enforced. I personally don't care if people whisper at spas from time to time. I am guilty of doing that when I am trying to tell my husband where I am going next or that its time for our massages. I hate spas that give you warnings just because they see your lips moving from far away. This spa might be too chill about their silence rule though. Groups there were talking really loud and laughing. Staff did not ask them to be quieter.
The other downfall was that no food whatsoever could be consumed on sight. Strawberry water was provided, but nowhere to even buy snacks to eat in a designed area. (Restaurant at the hotel, far from the spa area, has fine dinning only.)
If staying at the hotel and you want to enjoy a day of pampering, I recommend getting a promo package that includes time at the spa. I personally would not chose that specific spa if not staying at the hotel because its out of the way.

The view from the place is absolutely incredible as it is located a ton a mountain 🏔️. If you are driving here, please be very careful especially when you are 5 min away the road is very twisty so drive safe and slow. 🛣️ ⚠️ Once you are there you get a robe, towels, locker + key and there are water jugs but I would suggest bringing your own reusable drinking bottle. You can stay at the hotel for dinner after the spa day or even stay the night.

Lyne at reception makes all the difference, a contagious good mood, always smiling. The spas and saunas are great and well maintained. The view is incredible. I love spending a day there to read a book alone and soak up some winter sun in the outdoor spas. I've had Marie-Eve a few times for massages and she is fantastic, really attentive to my needs. Sometimes in the holiday seasons it's a little busier or noisy but that's the case with every spa I've visited in my life. It's much quieter than in Montreal!

I had reserved a night at least a month in advance, I was contacted 3 days before to tell me that we must cancel or move my reservation, because the owner has decided to close the place since there is no Didn't have enough reservations that week.Very ordinary to warn with 3 days notice, when it has been planned for 1 month and people plan vacations accordingly.I don't recommend.

We always loved to stay here when we come to Quebec. It's quiet, beautiful and so peaceful. One of our favorite things was the fine cuisine; however this past weekend we stayed there and saw a huge drop in the fine gastronomie. The food experience has greatly dropped from 5 star to ordinary basic 2-3 star average cuisine. It was such a disappointment. Was it because it was a holiday? Grossly understaffed? We should be warned and discounted if that were the case. We always booked the package experience with geospatial, dinner amd breakfast. The Sunday buffet is so not what it used to be, it was closer to a Hilton cheap breakfast. Eggs were so gross and runny, over fatty sausage, not much healthy to choose from. Nothing to write home about. The dinner used to be an exceptional experience to delight any palate, but this, again, was just average. The service wasn't anything special about, certainly not what we expect at this price point. The hotel is gorgeous but they are at a cross road. Will they rise above and return to its upscale experience or dwindle down to nothing more than an average place soon forgotten lost in the woods. Management please take note, we don't plan on returning as is. The hotel has so much potential, give tourists what they are looking for, like the restaurant "la buche" in Qc city, it's always booked out because they've successfully blended upscale food with local Quebec vide and flavor, and ambiance. The dining room is looking to cafeteria like. The geospas: it would be nice if it were more of a mineral experience rather than a chlorine one. My two cents.

(Translated by Google) Hotel located in a natural setting. The rooms are spacious and offer a small terrace with wild animals like squirrels or raccoons if you are unlucky like us the terraces are stuck together and we had a view of a small building/parking lot. The breakfast is very good but a bit pricey $30 per person and you have to book a specific time. The hotel also has a nice little beach where you can relax and enjoy the lake. The free kayaking activity is an added bonus, allowing you to explore the peaceful lake at your own pace (come before 10am because afterwards you won't have rained). The room does not have air conditioning, which can be a drawback in hot weather. Very badly soundproofed the bed squeaks and you hear everything from your neighbors. There is no fridge so it is difficult to prepare sandwiches or eat fresh food, no catering less than 15min except the hotel has very expensive prices, I think this is done on purpose. No TV (we don't come for that but still). Curtain not big enough so the day at 4:00 in the morning. Also, hot water isn't available until 8-9am, which can be a hassle if you're used to a morning shower. The beach is 400-500m away with many steps, quite tiring after a kayaking/hiking day and not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility. The person at the reception is not very friendly and it seems like an inconvenience when you ask questions especially if you do not take their spa catering package.Ultimately disappointed for the price and for a so called 4 star.(Original)Hôtel placé dans un cadre naturel.
