I went here for a simple request: make copies of two keys. Honestly, the service was quick and friendly. The ambiance of the premises is also very professional and clean, which inspires confidence for this type of service. I would have given 5 stars if the seller hadn't chosen the wrong color for the keys. It's a small detail, but I was used to a specific color for each door, and now I have to get used to the new ones.

Amazing customer service. He was inside the building it was closed, I simply asked if he was, he said yes but I asked if he could just make 1 of the key I really needed and took the time to do it in 1 minute flat, was really treated this well. I’ve done my keys at this place, good prices, good services, always gwill go back there for my business

These guys are great - I went to them for a key copy that Rona wasn't able to do. The guy here did it in 2 minutes, with a great attitude. For lock and key stuff, please come to this place instead of Rona, Home Depot, etc. They provide amazing service and seem to care about their customers. I totally trust what they do and am glad they are an option in the city.
