As a first time client to this nail salon and also new to the RDP area. Unfortunately my experience was unsatisfactory. I had done my research and this place was close to home and had fairly good reviews. I had called for an appointment scheduled for May 7 at 5pm. I arrived 10 mins early and when I walked in the 2 ladies were busy with other clients. They looked at me a little surprised that I had an appt at 5pm, told me to sit down. Ok so 15 mins went by still waiting, one of the ladies finished with her client and called the lady that came in after me. Then decided to tell me that her coworker will take me once she is finished with her client I asked how long she said 10 mins. Instead I waited 35 mins. No apology. Finally my turn and she made me sit at another table because her other client was not finished drying her nails. But where I sat it didn’t seem to be all equipped with supplies. Anyway went to get a bowl of water to soak my nails which not even 5 mins per hand and in 20 mins all done. I keep my nails short and I simply asked for a complete manicure..filing, buffing, clean cuticle, no nail polish. Instead the buffer block was passed flying barely touching my nail. The filing was done uneven. Anyway I left because there were 2 clients waiting and if she couldn’t do the job the first time why bother to complain even if my nails did not look much different then before. The owner was away so a week later I called Jimmy, to let him know about my unpleasant experience. First I told him it’s way too expensive $35 for a simple manicure. Short nails with no nail polish should be $20. He didn’t like that idea which I don’t care. Anyway he wasn’t very understanding. I asked to get my money back for no service rendered, he said no. I asked for a free manicure another time with another person, he said no. The only solution was to go by the Salon that same day I called Thursday May 14 or Friday, to see if he can fix the problem. I couldn’t make it those days and he wasn't flexible any other day considering I am a new client. Unprofessional! Definitely will NOT go back.

Terrific experience! Got a pedicure, I walked out of there feeling incredibly relaxed and loved my pedi. The place is beautiful and the environment calm. I can't wait to go back and enjoy a nice massage as I get my pedi.

This is an amazing place to get a manicure and pedicure! I received the best foot massage and hand massage when I got my nails done. The staff are very friendly and my nails were beautiful by the end of the day and they last 3-4 weeks!! Thank you for your great service!

Went to Jimmy’s salon yesterday for the first time & definitely won’t be my last. I booked a Pure Bliss pedicure & it was so relaxing, it’s like you’re at the spa. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They really make sure you enjoy and have a relaxing experience. Thank you so much!
