Moment Spa Le Reine Elizabeth

Visited yesterday and this was such a wonderful massage. I was greeted by Isabelle and Nancy who welcomed me. Isabelle was my masseuse and she was very good at her craft. I especially enjoyed the warm towel with the peppermint essential oil that was placed under my neck. She asked which area of concerns I had and focused on them. She also did a full body massage which helped with relaxation. I was also offered a glass of cucumber water after my therapeutic massage. Highly recommend this location. The best Manicure and Pedicure I’ve gotten ever! Jenny did such a fabulous job and was so kind and personable!

Due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, strike), I was 10 minutes late. As soon as I walked in they reassured me, offered their delicious cucumber water, and encouraged me to catch my breath. I had 2 treatments done, leg treatment and general massage. Truthfully the leg treatment was meh, not really worth the $$ still pleasant though. The massage was great. The masseuse I had was wonderful. Highly recommend.

An exceptional place and service.
I already had the opportunity to have care provided here several years ago.
This time, I had 2 gift cards, so I took advantage of them.
We really have a service worthy of a palace.
The experience is different and more 'upper scale' than in a usual massage space.
The spa has your name, knows who massaged you a few years ago. The massage bench is heated. The same goes for the clothes rack. We are really on the high end!
Special mention to Christine Lévesque who (re)massaged me after all these years as well as the charming Jeny.

I can't wait to share my experience at this amazing and luxurious spa in Montreal! The facial treatment is absolutely divine, and it's become a favorite indulgence of mine. Claire, my facial therapist, is simply fantastic - professional, sweet, and she truly helps you embrace and love your skin more and more with each visit. Highly recommend!

Best place for an excellent facial treatment. The experience begins at the reception with Jenny who is smiling, warm and very professional. Then if you want a high quality facial treatment I highly recommend a treatment with Claire. She is very professional and her treatment is high quality and too relaxing. She is welcoming, smiling and her treatment techniques far exceed those seen elsewhere. Each time I leave with a radiant, hydrated and radiant face.

I am amazed that at this price and this location the therapists seemed so new. There was more attention to the blankets being tucked in around me vs the quality of the service. They were just not up to the par I expected of a top hotel.

Not worth the price. The therapists seemed so new and not up to the quality you should receive from a spa in this price range. Please hire more seasoned therapists.

Perfect for any relaxing moment, and however long or short, Moment Spa is a nice way to treat yourself ?

I was a guest at the hotel on Monday and after using the pool I came to see the products they had for sale. The spa didn’t have the exfoliation product I wanted to buy so the girl at the reception was so kind and helpful and gave me a sample to use in my room. The product smells so nice thank you Jenny
