They were able to copy a key they did not have the template for. They risked it and succeeded in creating a copy while other renowned key store did not even bother to try. Anyway, thanks and will buy again.

After an incident of a door being accidentally locked with no one in the room, we realized that without an extremely precise tool it is impossible to unlock the handle from the outside installed by Piché. Small problem. Big problem if a newborn is in the room… When checking all the handles we realized that one of them was installed backwards. We went to Piché to get answers and suggestions. They had difficulty proving that the handles could be unlocked. They barely managed to do it with a handle model that was less restrictive than ours. AND they refused to come and reinstall the handle that they themselves had installed incorrectly, it was up to us to make do, “sorry” as they told us.
