If you have plumbing issue, my advice is to make this the first shop you visit. I brough my faulty kitchen faucet there and he was able to change the defective part which saved me from having to replace the whole faucet.

The only 2 1 star reviews they have received in several decades come from not too serious customers (to be polite) Very good service on the phone and in person for a 50 cent part. I imagine for a larger order they must be very attentive I love this kind of service!!!

These people are nice people and know a lot about plumbing. For more complex questions, ask for owner Russell. They know how to respond to your plumbing problems and if you were thinking of replacing an entire piece, they will guide you towards the least expensive solution even if it involves selling you a part for a few pennies, or even free if it has been lying around in their inventory unsold for a long time. They are truly honest and competent and always welcome you with a beautiful smile and great energy. If they do not have the part you want in stock, they will offer to provide it to you within a certain time frame to stock up quickly, if it is urgent and you are not able to wait, then they will guide you to another store that offers the said part. Mention to Abie, the affectionate and adorable dog who welcomes customers. Delivery service available.

Service impeccable. Amazing service and knowledge. I needed a Delta shower faucet and the lady behind told me what I needed as soon as she saw the old faucet. They actually have an inventory of plumbing material. They are the best I’ve seen in decades. This is my new go to place for anything to do with plumbing. They are better than the big box stories and more convenient than ordering on line. Highly recommended. 10/10 !!
