I strongly advise against this salon for laser hair removal.Firstly, punctuality is clearly not their strong point. My appointment was at 1 p.m. I arrived at 12:50 p.m. and finally waited like an aunt until 1:20 p.m. In addition, while I was waiting, the technician was there chatting about trivial things with her client who preceded me. Then, she invites me to sit down without bothering to apologize for the time she made me wait.Secondly, I lack words to explain the pain I felt. Every time I jumped from the extreme pain, it seemed like the least of these worries. It seems to me that as a professional, we have a duty to ensure the comfort of these clients. Third, during my treatment, she had to leave the room twice to get her food order and attend to a customer who wanted to buy a product. Once again, I'm wasting my time.Fourth, I paid $153 (sideburns + extremities of the neck) even though my session lasted a maximum of 20 minutes. For me, $153 for 20 minutes is a complete scam. Fifth, it's been more than 24 hours since I was treated there and my skin is scarlet red and in certain places, there are sores (as if I had been scratched). However, she told me that the redness would only last a few minutes after the treatment. In short, I'm going to stop there although there is still a lot to say. I bitterly regret having been to this clinic. Kathleen seems to be a good person, I have no doubt about that, but my experience with her was terribly unpleasant and I would never, ever return to her place due to the poor quality service.

super de bon service et elle a des doigts de fée. maquillage permanent fait au contour des yeux... le résultat est wow, cest super beau!!! enfin je jaurai pu de eyeliner qui coule. merci chantale!! je suis tres satisfaite.
