Believe the hype! I didn't buy a single piece of equipment from them. Got used masks, a used machine. They didn't care. Laura was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions in detail. The doctor following me hasn't been very helpful, and can only chime in every few months about pressure. Yeesh. It was absolutely worth the money to have piece of mind from Laura that I'm doing the therapy right.
I need some equipment quickly and they were a BIG help. Nancy was so proactive & friendly and offered many solutions that were more than she needed to. So professional. Thanks to Nancy and the team for getting me help quickly.
