I’ve been carrying deep tension in my right shoulder for over 15 years. Every time I went to a massage therapist, it would feel a little better, but nothing truly lasting—until I saw Mendy. His work was absolutely unbelievable. For the first time in over a decade, I was able to stretch my arm out fully and normally.
What amazed me even more is that this release in my shoulder also freed up my neck, which is what I originally came in for. The way Mendy understands the body is remarkable—he doesn’t just stop at surface-level relief. He’s thorough, intuitive, and when he sees an opportunity to go deeper, he follows it with care and precision.

I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend Daniel, since I have been suffering from long term injuries from tennis. I am a work in progress and am seeing results that I have not seen from other physiotherapists, osteopaths and other massage therapists. I truly recommend Daniel (and he is a hoot!!!!)
Including therapeutic massage therapy into my regular health routine wasn’t something I thought about until I had a treatment session with a therapist from Aliyah. The benefits are real and the pain is gone!
