I had Bell's Palsy - a temporary condition that causes hemifacial paralysis, most likely due to nerve inflammation and swelling. I was worried that I might not fully recover and stay paralyzed. I came to see Tina without much expectation I must admit - this was my first time trying acupuncture, I did not knew much about it, only that it may help with my condition. I began seeing Tina last year (2022) when I started to experience a painful sensation in my right leg. In fact, it wasn't so much painful as it felt as though I had, at times, hot or cold water running down the leg, along with numbness, along with a crawling sensation in the leg.
