Acupuncture Chinoise Zhi Fang Zhai (Lily)

I came to Dr. Zhai with severe shoulder pain that had been troubling me for quite some time. Dr. Zhai is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in her approach. During the consultation, she took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition. The acupuncture session was soothing, and I could feel the tension in my shoulder easing as the session progressed. What truly amazed me was the immediate relief I felt after just one treatment. I have been carrying a back issue near the rhomboid area and it has been bothering me for months. I've tried seeing physios and such but they only relieved the pain shortly. I came to see this wonderful of a person Lily and within a few sessions I no longer feel this pain at all. I was sceptical at first since I've never been to an acupuncturist and I didn't feel any relief after the first session but now I'm a BIG believer. Lily is excellent and you can't find better! I consulted him for various musculoskeletal pains (elbow tendinitis, hip pain, shoulder pain, calf knots, recovery following a sprained ankle). His treatments allowed me to gradually resume running. I combined dry needling treatments in physiotherapy and Chinese acupuncture with Lily and I must say that Lily's treatments were more effective than those with dry needling in the physio. The difference being that Lily does a systemic assessment and treatment while the physio treatment was more localized.
